My boss had all of us at the office download the Time Tree app. There are 6 of us that share it. I think its great! It helps all of us keep our schedule organized and up to date. I didnt know anything like this was out there, but its proven to be a helpful tool in scheduling employees.
I love that you can add people to a calendar event and it updates them right away. You can also put more then one reminder and colour-code all events. This is an excellent app for me to use with my boyfriend so that we never double book or forget about each others plans! I have not had any issues, but do the updates! If you dont do the updates, the events added by someone else to your calendar wont always show in the app on your phone!!
If you ever want to make a calendar for a group or your family...make it with this app. It notifies your family/ group when you set an event AND it allows you to remind them for it when the day comes. Your family/ group members can also put down events so everyone knows whats everyones schedule. LOVE IT! My family fell in love with it!
Best shared calendar i found so far. When u have a busy schedule with work and kids activities and a husband thats out of town a lot, this calendar is perfect for everyone to keep track of everything. Thank you! There could be a little more options for the calendar to make it more complete and customizable.

Some bad moments

It would be ok but... Nobody of us can understand how to import our existing calendars
Its a great way for my husband and I to know what we each have going on!!
Pretty limited functionality and theres no quick way to jump to today if you scroll. It moves slowly. Looks nice, but needs a lot of work.
Currently using this as a replacement for petaco. Its definitely more practical and more user friendly. However it lacks the personality and creativity that made petaco unique. Still, Id say its the best group calendar app currently available on the AppStore and highly recommend it.
Our group loves this ap! We can keep everyone "in the know" for meeting places and times as well as when members will be gone. SO much easier than texting back and forth for everything! Fairly easy to figure out so far as well. Love it!
This app is just okay. Wish it would allow for 12 hour standard time instead of using 24 hour time. Also it would be nice if it would allow you to import your iOS calendar to your other groups but only show you as busy and not show the specific details of the events unless specified. This way I wouldnt have to re-enter everything that I need to show as busy but keep private client info on. My friends had a hard time getting invitation links to join calendars to work.
